INTENSIVE FORMAT

Get the complete Comprehensive Series in a streamlined intensive format. To participate in this course, you must have completed the Polestar Matwork series or equivalent. All course curriculum and hours are the same, although the face-to-face lectures are scheduled within a 3 month period.

We are excited to be running this format for the first time on the Sunshine Coast at Kinected Pilates with educator Amanda Erlank. Spaces are limited to 6 students only, so book early. Please note with this format, the Principles Course will be completed ONLINE only.
